We always aim your first order is not your last. Here's how:

At EatMePro, we are committed to delivering the freshest products to your door. Because our items are perishable (fruits, vegetables, poultry, and other fresh goods), we apply the following rules in compliance with Egyptian law:

  1. No General Returns

    • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in cases of proven product defect or damage at the time of delivery.

  2. Inspection on Delivery

    • Customers have the right to inspect their order upon delivery.

    • If any item is missing, spoiled, or damaged, you must notify the delivery representative immediately or report it within 24 hours by contacting us with photos of the product.

  3. Refunds or Replacements

    • If the product is confirmed defective, you may choose:

      • A replacement item in your next order, or

      • A refund for the affected item only (delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order was undelivered due to our fault).

  4. Delivery Issues

    • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or lack of response, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund will be issued.

    • If delivery fails due to our error, we will redeliver at no extra cost.
